Helping you become

your best self

Often when we come to counseling, our minds are a hotbed of noise and static, screaming very loudly most of the time. What if we could turn that noise down to a reasonable decibel and allow our minds to be grateful for a second? What difference would that make in our day? Doesn’t that sound nice?

That’s a main goal at Grateful Mind. I want to help clients turn down the volume in their minds and find a peaceful sense of gratitude that could affect change in the day to day functioning and see what a difference that makes.
