Approach

Collaborative

I take satisfaction in connecting as quickly as possible with my clients because the
quicker we connect, the quicker we will work together toward healing and growth.

Professional

Using a form of Narrative Therapy, which is very conversational, I look for patterns in your story. I look to find this 'Golden Thread' and point out any repetition or inconsistencies I might find. From there we look for ways to align your thoughts and actions with your core beliefs.

About the Practice

What’s in a Name:
Grateful Mind

A glimpse into the practice and style. Mindfulness and gratitude heavily influence me as a person and a therapist. In thinking about therapy, having a “grateful mind” is an ideal goal. I want to help clients turn down the negative volume in their minds and find a peaceful sense of gratitude that could affect change in the day to day functioning and see what a difference that makes.
